FCAM Cares has conducted food collection campaigns for food banks, donated towards school supplies for homeless youths and motorized wheelchairs for wounded veterans, and adopted families for holiday gift giving. In addition, FCAM teammates and appraisers have worked as volunteers for Habitat for Humanity to build affordable housing. FCAM Cares will continue to seek opportunities for us to contribute our time, money, and energy to help those in need and build community.

First Choice develops and delivers customized training and educational courses for our Clients, Agents and Appraisers. By instructing Continuing Education courses, the FCAM Team works to improve professional relationships across disciplines, bridges gaps in industry knowledge, and fosters better working relationships among industry professionals.

Combining appraisal scoring, computer analytics and graphic information systems (GIS), all powered by human judgement, results in a more intelligent assigning methodology.

John’s initiative to identify best practices and help train the Orders Team improved the level of customer service across the department. Based on delivering positive results for Clients, John was promoted to Fulfillment Manager in 2017 then stepped into the Key Accounts Manager role in 2019.
